SLOWLY WEAKEN AS IT DRIFTS TO NORTHERN NEW YORK STATE BY WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON. HIGH PRESSURE 30.40 INCHES WILL BUILD FROM THE WESTERN
LAKES ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT TO THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY ON THURSDAY. ANOTHER
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL SLIDE ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN
GREAT LAKES ON FRIDAY FORCING AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT SOUTH ACROSS
LAKE ERIE. ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE 30.80 INCHES WILL BUILD OVER THE
GREAT LAKES FOR SUNDAY.
