For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.60 inches centered across the Lower Mississippi
Valley will drift east and move off the Southeast Coast Sunday.
Low pressure 29.80 inches will track across the Western lakes
Monday night, forcing another arctic front across the Great
Lakes.
