Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A ridge averaging 30.10 inches will shift east while weakening
today. A warm front will lift across Lake Erie tonight low
pressure 29.90 inches passes just south of the lake Friday. Weak
high pressure 30.00 inches passes over the lake Saturday, followed
by another cold front late Saturday night into Sunday.
