A low chance of a spotty shower exists this afternoon west of
the Hudson River, otherwise, predominantly dry conditions are
expected today with high pressure in control. Rain chances
increase overnight, becoming likely across the region by
Sunday afternoon, when a wetting rain is expected. Winds
through the forecast period are out of the E or SE, with
surface speeds generally at or under 10 kt.
