western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

Numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms are expected this
afternoon and evening. A few of the storms could become severe with
damaging winds and large hail the main hazards. Isolated heavy
rainfall is also possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms are expected again
Wednesday afternoon and evening. A few of the storms could become
severe with damaging winds and large hail the main threats. Locally heavy
rainfall will also be possible.

North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

Numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms are expected this
afternoon and evening. A few of the storms could become severe with
damaging winds and large hail the main hazards. However, an
isolated, brief tornado cannot be entirely ruled out, mainly west of
I-26. Locally heavy rainfall will also possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms are expected again
Wednesday afternoon and evening. A few of the storms could become
severe with damaging winds and large hail the main threats. Isolated
heavy rainfall is also possible.
