.... THUNDERSTORMS TO AFFECT MOST OF THE COASTAL WATERS STARTING
SATURDAY AFTERNOON...

A moist and unstable air mass will bring the potential for
thunderstorms to the coastal waters, Saturday afternoon through
Sunday, starting with the northern waters. Any thunderstorm that
forms will be capable of producing locally gale force winds and
rough seas, dangerous lightning, heavy rainfall with reduced
visibility, and waterspouts. Mariners should be prepared for dense
fog and abrupt visibility changes down to one nautical mile or
less.
