.DISCUSSION...Conditions will dry out on Tuesday, with single-
digit minimum relative humidities across the Mojave Desert. Expect
RH in the teens across the southern Great Basin with gusty
northwest winds between 25 and 35 mph. Gusty north winds will move
to the Colorado River Valley on Wednesday with speeds between 30
and 40 mph. Modest moisture will return to the southern Great
Basin on Thursday with min RH approaching 20%; however, single-
digits will continue for the Mojave Desert. Conditions will dry
out once again going into the weekend.
