.DISCUSSION...
Dense fog will be possible at the incident site through mid-morning.
There may be a slight chance for a shower early this morning, but
dry conditions are expected for much of the day beneath cloudy skies.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms will start to increase late
in the afternoon and especially into the evening and first half of
the overnight. Very heavy rainfall, frequent lightning, and gusty
winds may be possible in association with any thunderstorms. Patchy
fog may also be possible again tonight.

Tuesday should start out dry, but chances for showers and thunderstorms
will increase again during the afternoon and evening hours. Prevailing
winds will be relatively light both today and tomorrow, but brief
stronger winds may be possible during thunderstorms.

early in the morning. Isolated showers early
in the morning. Scattered showers and chance
    of thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
