THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER THE MOUTH OF THE PAMLICO RIVER...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 45 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
