AT 209 AM AST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...OVER
CARIBBEAN WATERS OF PUERTO RICO FROM 10 NM TO 17N...MOVING WEST AT
10 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER THE AREA
FOR THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE
