THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  ATLANTIC WATERS OF PUERTO RICO AND USVI FROM 10 NM TO 19.5N...
  COASTAL WATERS OF NORTHERN PUERTO RICO OUT 10 NM...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH A TROPICAL WAVE WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE ATLANTIC WATERS DURING THE NEXT HOURS.
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING WESTWARD. THESE STORMS
ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS IN EXCESS OF 25 KNOTS...
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. SUDDEN WATERSPOUTS ARE
ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THE INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE
