ALOHA STATE THROUGH WEDNESDAY...KEEPING PERSISTENT NE WINDS ACROSS
THE OFFSHORE WATERS DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. A WEAK TROUGH
JUST E OF THE STATE FROM MONDAY WILL RESULT IN LIGHT WINDS AGAIN BY
THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
