.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough will persist along the Oregon
and Washington coasts through tonight, then shift inland and
dissipate Mon. A high pressure ridge will slowly build east
towards the waters later Mon through Tue night, then build across
the region Wed through Thu night.
