  NORTHWARD INTO THE AREA TODAY...WITH HEAVIEST PRECIPITATION
  OCCURRING THIS AFTERNOON. FREEZING RAIN WILL OCCUR...AS WELL AS
  SOME ISOLATED POCKETS OF SLEET. AS COLDER AIR ABOVE THE SURFACE
  MOVES IN THIS EVENING...THE PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGE TO LIGHT
  SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF TWO TENTHS TO A THIRD OF AN
  INCH ARE EXPECTED THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THEREAFTER... THE
  PRECIPITATION WILL TRANSITION TO SNOW...WITH A HALF AN INCH OR
  LESS OF SNOW EXPECTED.

AN ICE STORM WARNING MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE

WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS OR IMPOSSIBLE. TRAVEL IS STRONGLY
DISCOURAGED. COMMERCE WILL LIKELY BE SEVERELY IMPACTED. IF YOU
MUST TRAVEL...KEEP AN EXTRA FLASHLIGHT...FOOD...AND WATER IN YOUR
VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY. ICE ACCUMULATIONS AND WINDS WILL
