.DISCUSSION...Isolated showers along a cold front passing across
the Yukon Delta will diminish through this evening. Warming
temperatures near the Alaska Range will lower RH values to 20 to
30 percent Thu and Fri. Southerly Chinook winds will be gusting up
to 40 mph along the north side of the Alaska Range Fri and Sat,
potentially bringing Red Flag conditions for the Delta Junction
area and south. Wind directions could shift abruptly from Thu
morning through Fri afternoon from Delta Junction to Dot Lake.
