.DISCUSSION...

High pressure builds over the area this morning, then slides off
the coast by this evening. Min RH values drop to around 25 to 30%
this afternoon for much of the area away from the coast (35 to
40% closer to the coast). Winds will be out of the S to SW,
averaging around 10 mph, with gusts to 15 to 20 mph. A cold front
swings through the region on Wednesday, bringing some scattered
rain showers or sprinkles. High pressure/dry conditions return
for Thursday and Friday, with warmer conditions ahead for the
upcoming weekend.
