.DISCUSSION...A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for the project
area from 6 AM Wednesday through 6 AM Friday.

Light snow will likely begin in the early morning hours
Wednesday, with an inch or two of accumulation during the morning.
Snow will become heavy in the afternoon, and heavy snow is likely
through Thursday morning, with lighter snow through Thursday
night. Accumulation of 4 to 7 inches is expected by the end of the
day Wednesday. Our current storm total accumulation for this site
is around 30 inches (not a typo), but it could be half that or
possibly even double that if the heavy snow is prolonged into
Thursday night.
