THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST AND NORTH CENTRAL
COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE WILL NO PRECIPITATION FOR THE FORECAST AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND
THIS EVENING. NO SIGNIFICANT WEATHER IS EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM MOVING SLOWLY ACROSS THE DESERT
SOUTHWEST WILL BRING A CHANCE OF SNOW TO THE AREA. THE CHANCE OF
SNOW WILL SLOWLY INCREASE ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS ON FRIDAY...AND
THEN ACROSS THE PLAINS FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY BEHIND A WEAK
COLD FRONT. AT THIS TIME...MAINLY LIGHT SNOWFALL IS ANTICIPATED
WITH THE BEST CHANCE OF SNOW OCCURRING ON SATURDAY.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND WEAK COLD FRONT MAY BRING A FEW
LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF COLORADO SUNDAY
AFTERNOON...WITH A RETURN OF WINDY AND WARMER DOWNSLOPE FLOW BY
MONDAY. MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY WILL ALSO FEATURE A GOOD CHANCE
OF SNOW IN THE NORTHERN COLORADO MOUNTAINS AS A MOIST NORTHWEST
FLOW ALOFT SETS UP OVER THE STATE.
