.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak onshore flow tonight through early Friday morning. Weak to
moderate east to northeast flow expected Friday afternoon and
Friday night in response to a frontal boundary. Patchy fog and
haze will continue to impact the waters ahead of the boundary.
Moderate southeast flow expected Sunday, becoming weak to
moderate by Monday morning. A low chance of showers and
thunderstorms Saturday increases to a low to medium chance Sunday
and Monday.
