channel out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Additional scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms may
occur this morning. Some storms may become strong to severe with
large hail and damaging wind. The chance for precipitation will
end from west to east this afternoon and evening. Weak to moderate
southeast flow this morning will become light and variable by
afternoon and evening as a surface low moves offshore. A weak to
moderate west to northwest flow will develop by Friday as the
surface low moves northeast of the region. Onshore flow returns
by the weekend. Onshore winds will increase significantly Sunday
morning with Small Craft Advisory conditions expected to persist
through late Monday morning. Conditions are expected to improve by
Monday evening.
