Fire weather concerns remain minimal through the weekend due to
recent moisture and near-average temperatures. Conditions will dry
out through mid next week due to an upper-level ridge. Precipitation
chances will be minimal through Wednesday with above average
temperatures expected. Minimum RHs for the plains will drop into the
20 to 30 percent range.
