OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING...

.DISCUSSION...A period of strong winds are expected today with
relative humidities lowering to around 20 percent this afternoon.
The strongest winds will be across southeast Wyoming but windy
conditions and low humidities will stretch into western Nebraska as
well. Colder weather is expected late this week along with a
good chance of moderate to heavy snow Thursday and Friday.
