AFTERNOON...

.DISCUSSION...Critical fire weather conditions have ended for the
southern two-thirds of the western Nebraska Panhandle late this
afternoon as winds diminish and humidities rise above 15 percent.
Critical fire weather conditions will be possible once again for
the same area from late Sunday morning through Sunday afternoon.
