PANHANDLE.

WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY
AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY OVER THE NORTHERN PANHANDLE. GUSTS TO 45
MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE AND A WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THE
NORTHERN PANHANDLE.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AS
AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES EAST ACROSS THE AREA.

RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW IN THE MOUNTAINS BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
WITH ADDITIONAL LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS EXPECTED.
