THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

STRONG WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TODAY MAINLY ACROSS
THE WIND PRONE AREAS OF ARLINGTON...BORDEAUX AND THE SOUTH
LARAMIE RANGE. WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH ARE EXPECTED. A
HIGH WIND WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THESE AREAS THROUGH MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT. OUTSIDE OF THE WIND PRONE AREAS...WEST WINDS WILL GUST
OVER 40 MPH AT TIMES ALONG AND WEST OF THE LARAMIE RANGE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

A STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST
WYOMING...INCLUDING THE INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR...CHRISTMAS DAY
THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING WITH SNOW ACCUMULATIONS LIKELY.
SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS EXCEEDING 6 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE
ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING...THOUGH THERE IS STILL SOME UNCERTAINTY
ON THE EXACT AMOUNTS. HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE LIKELY INTO THE MOUNTAINS
OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING WITH 6 TO 14 INCHES OF SNOW POSSIBLE IN THE
SNOWY AND SIERRA MADRE RANGES.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE AREA CHRISTMAS AFTERNOON THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING. SNOW IS EXPECTED TO ACCUMULATE ACROSS THE EAST
CENTRAL WYOMING PLAINS AND THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE. 2 TO 5 INCHES
OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE BUT THERE IS STILL SOME UNCERTAINTY ON THE
EXACT AMOUNTS.
