.AFTERNOON HUMIDITY VALUES WILL CONTINUE TO FALL INTO THE LOW
TEENS THROUGH THE AFTERNOON WHILE WINDS GUST BETWEEN 20 AND 30
MPH. THESE CONDITIONS WILL COMBINE WITH DRY FUELS TO CREATE
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR PORTIONS OF FIRE WEATHER
ZONES 301 THROUGH 304...306 AND 308.
