* HUMIDITY...MINIMUM HUMIDITIES 10 TO 15 PERCENT. HUMIDITY VALUES
  WILL RECOVER THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...FIRES MAY SPREAD RAPIDLY. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT
