.A RAPID TREND TOWARD WARMER AND DRIER CONDITIONS IS EXPECTED ON
SATURDAY. AFTERNOON HUMIDITY VALUES WILL FALL INTO THE LOWER TEENS
AND WINDS WILL GUST BETWEEN 20 AND 30 MPH. THESE CONDITIONS WILL
COMBINE WITH DRY FUELS TO CREATE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
