  MPH.

* HUMIDITY...MINIMUM 8 TO 15 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF WARM TEMPERATURES AND GUSTY
  WINDS WILL CREATE CONDITIONS FAVORABLE FOR RAPID FIRE SPREAD.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
