...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS EAST OF THE MOUNTAINS THIS
AFTERNOON...

.NEAR RECORD TEMPERATURES AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL YIELD VERY LOW
AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES FOR THE SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND
WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE HIGH PLAINS TODAY. THESE CONDITIONS
WILL COMBINE WITH DRY FUELS AND STRONG WEST WIND GUSTS OF 30 TO
45 MPH TO PRODUCE SIGNIFICANT FIRE GROWTH POTENTIAL.

* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONES 311...312 AND 313. FIRE
  WEATHER ZONES 301 AND 310.

* WIND...WEST AT 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 30 TO 45 MPH.
  STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING.

* HUMIDITY...10 TO 15 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT STARTS WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED TODAY.
