AREA COULD DECREASE HUMIDITIES INTO THE LOW TO MID TEEN PERCENT
FOR CONVERSE AND NIOBRARA COUNTIES SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THERE IS
INCREASING CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS LATE SUNDAY
AFTERNOON. THERE COULD BE A FEW DRY THUNDERSTORMS BEFORE THEY TURN
