.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING EAST ACROSS MONTANA AND NORTH DAKOTA
WILL RESULT IN BREEZY NORTHWEST WINDS ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING.
AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB INTO THE 80S TO MIDDLE 90S BELOW
8000 FEET...AND WILL COMBINE WITH DRY AIRMASS TO PRODUCE RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES FROM 10 TO 15 PERCENT.
