Monday FWZ 310 and 313...

.Widespread strong downsloping winds are expected Monday.
Downsloping winds will cause afternoon humidity to fall to near 10
percent across the southern Nebraska Panhandle and extreme
southeast Wyoming.

MONDAY AFTERNOON FOR STRONG WESTERLY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR
FIRE WEATHER ZONES 310 AND 313...

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Fire
Weather Watch, which is in effect from Monday morning through
Monday afternoon.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 313.Fire weather zone 310.

* WIND...West at 20 to 25 mph sustained with gusts to 40 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Humidity will fall to upper single digits to 10
  percent across the southern Nebraska Panhandle and extreme
  southeast Wyoming Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
