FOR MUCH OF THE HIGH COUNTRY OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING...

.CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FOR MUCH OF
SOUTHEAST WYOMING TODAY. A COLD FRONT IS APPROACHING FROM THE
NORTHWEST THAT WILL KEEP WINDS STRONG. WINDS COULD EASE THIS
AFTERNOON AND WE WILL BE WATCHING FOR THIS TO HAPPEN.

* WIND...SUSTAINED NORTHWEST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS 25 TO 35
  MPH.

* HUMIDITY...MINIMUM 8 TO 15 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF WARM TEMPERATURES AND GUSTY
  WINDS WILL CREATE CONDITIONS FAVORABLE FOR RAPID FIRE SPREAD.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
