.DISCUSSION...

Light southeasterly 20-foot winds early this morning increase by
late morning and lead to increasing smoke dispersal values. Minimum
relative humidity is expected to drop into the mid-30% range today
by mid-afternoon before the lake breeze moves through the fire site
between 1600-1800 LT today. A wind shift from south-southeast to
east-southeast is expected behind the lake breeze. A wetting
rainfall is not expected at the fire site until early Tuesday
morning that lasts into Tuesday afternoon.
