* WHERE...Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Ida, and Woodbury
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
