This hazardous weather outlook is for eastern Utah and western
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Widespread snow will develop over eastern Utah and western
Colorado today and will continue tonight. This will result in 5 to
10 inches of new snow across the mountains and from 1 to 3 inches
generally across the valleys. Isolated thunderstorms are possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

The weather pattern will remain active with another fast moving
system bringing additional snow to the area Saturday night into
Sunday. The next chance for snow arrives Tuesday and may linger
well into the middle of the week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts to the
National Weather Service in Grand Junction.
