THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WESTERN COLORADO AND EASTERN
UTAH.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED LIGHT SHOWERS WITH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR
ACROSS WESTERN COLORADO. MOST OF THESE SHOWERS WILL STAY CONFINED
TO THE HIGHER TERRAIN...ALTHOUGH AN ISOLATED SHOWERS OR STORM MAY
BRIEFLY DRIFT OVER A VALLEY. SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL BE ENDING
EARLY EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

TUESDAY...STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL FORM WITH AREAS OF BLOWING
DUST. WIND GUSTS REACHING 40 TO 45 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS
THE EASTERN UTAH DESERT TO WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST COLORADO.
SOME LOWER ELEVATED MOUNTAIN AREAS MAY BE APPROACHING CRITICAL
FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS FROM LOW HUMIDITY AND WINDS. ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL FORM OVER WESTERN COLORADO IN THE AFTERNOON.

TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING...ACCUMULATING SNOW OF A FEW
INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE ELKHEAD MOUNTAINS AND PARK RANGE.
SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE FOR THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN MOUNTAIN PASSES
AS WELL.
