The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Van Buren County in southwestern Michigan...
  Kalamazoo County in southwestern Michigan...

* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 704 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Mattawan, or
  8 miles southeast of Paw Paw, moving east at 40 mph. The path of
  this storm includes the Portage area where recovery efforts are
  underway from earlier severe weather.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

Michigan.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
