...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ALLEN COUNTY
THROUGH 645 PM CDT...

At 631 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Moran, or 8 miles east of La Harpe, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Moran, Elsmore, and Mildred.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for southeastern
Kansas.
