This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

An upper level trough of low pressure will approach western and
north central Nebraska Sunday night. This feature will spread snow
to the eastern Nebraska panhandle and northwestern sandhills
through Monday night. Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches with
local amounts up to 7 inches are possible in the northeastern
Nebraska Panhandle and a winter storm watch is in effect for
Sheridan county. This watch is in effect from Sunday evening
through Monday evening.

Cold temperatures coupled with northerly winds, will lead to wind
chills as low as 15 below zero Sunday night and 30 below zero
Monday night. The coldest wind chills are expected over northern
Nebraska.
