THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

WIDESPREAD FOG WILL DEVELOP ONCE AGAIN TONIGHT ACROSS A LARGE
PORTION OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. AT THIS
TIME...LOCATIONS ALONG AND EAST OF A LINE FROM BIG SPRINGS TO
MULLEN...AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 83...HAVE THE BEST CHANCE OF DENSE FOG
OVERNIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

AREAS OF FOG ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY MORNING ACROSS A LARGE PORTION
OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. SOME DENSE FOG IS POSSIBLE
ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA...AS WELL AS THE WESTERN
NEBRASKA SANDHILLS.

A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL DEEPEN OVER THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN
PLAINS SUNDAY INTO MONDAY. RAIN...ACCUMULATING SNOW...GUSTY
NORTHERLY WINDS AND FREEZING RAIN MAY ALL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
SYSTEM AS IT TRACKS NORTHEAST ACROSS THE PLAINS. AS IS THE CASE
WITH ANY DEVELOPING STORM SYSTEM...THE TRACK OF THE UPPER LEVEL
LOW IS KEY TO WHERE THE HEAVIEST PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR. BASED
ON THE LATEST FORECAST...LOCATIONS ALONG AND SOUTHEAST OF A LINE
FROM OGALLALA TO VALENTINE...HAVE THE GREATEST CHANCE FOR
ACCUMULATING SNOW. GIVEN THE CURRENT UNCERTAINTY OF THE TRACK OF
THE SYSTEM...LOCAL INTERESTS...INCLUDING THOSE TRAVELING ACROSS
WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY SHOULD
CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS AND STATEMENTS PERTAINING
TO THIS WINTER STORM.

AFTER MONDAY...THE THREAT FOR HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS LOW.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED THROUGH TONIGHT.
