This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

Northwest winds will gust to 45 MPH this afternoon, mainly east
of a line from Merriman, to Mullen, to Callaway. Drivers of
lightweight or high profile vehicles should be prepared for strong
crosswinds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

Northwest winds will gust to around 45 MPH Thursday afternoon,
mainly across portions of southwestern and west central Nebraska.

Highs Friday will reach the middle 50s across far southwestern
Nebraska. Elevated fire weather conditions are possible Friday
afternoon, due to a combination of minimum relative humidity
around 20 percent and westerly winds of 10 to 15 MPH.
