This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

Rain changing to wet snow is likely tonight across Northern
Nebraska. Warm ground temperatures should prevent accumulations on
roads.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

Snow is likely Tuesday Night across Northern Nebraska. Temperatures
will be cold enough for accumulations on roadways and travel may
become hazardous in some areas.

A powerful storm system will affect the Central Plains Thursday
night and Friday. Strong winds...cold temperatures and heavy rain
are likely across Western and North Central Nebraska. A period of
heavy wet snow may develop Friday across Western Nebraska.

Thunderstorms are in the forecast Thursday afternoon and Thursday
night. A few strong storms capable of small hail may develop but the
potential for organized severe weather appears low.
