THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

AREAS OF DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES OF A QUARTER MILE OR LESS
CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST INTO CENTRAL NEBRASKA
INTO THE LATE MORNING HOURS. A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR
HAYES...LINCOLN...LOGAN...FRONTIER AND CUSTER COUNTIES UNTIL 10 AM
CST.

AREAS OF FOG WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT ACROSS A LARGE PORTION OF
WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. THE MAIN AREA OF CONCERN IS
ALONG AND EAST OF A LINE FROM WAUNETA...TO MULLEN...TO SPRINGVIEW.
VISIBILITIES MAY DROP TO A MILE OR LESS IN THESE AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

AREAS OF FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH MIDDAY FRIDAY BEFORE BURNING
OFF. LOCATIONS EAST OF A LINE FROM WAUNETA...TO MULLEN...TO
SPRINGVIEW WILL SEE THE GREATEST THREAT FOR FOG.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL TRACK ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PLAINS
LATE THIS WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THIS SYSTEM LATE SUNDAY INTO MONDAY. AS IS THE CASE
WITH ANY APPROACHING WINTER STORM SYSTEM...THE EXACT TRACK WILL BE
KEY TO WHERE THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS OF ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL FALL.
AT THIS TIME...BASED ON THE LATEST FORECAST TRENDS...LOCATIONS ALONG
AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM LISCO...TO BROKEN BOW...HAVE THE BEST
CHANCES FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW. PLEASE STAY TUNED FOR FURTHER
STATEMENTS AND FORECAST INFORMATION REGARDING THIS POTENTIAL
STORM.
