This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

Severe thunderstorms are possible late Thursday afternoon and
evening. The area of concern is generally south of Interstate 80.
Large hail is the primary concern followed by wind damage. An
isolated brief tornado is possible. An east northeast storm
motion is expected at various speeds depending on weather
conditions.

Strong thunderstorms are possible throughout western and north
central Nebraska late Thursday. The area most likely to be
affected is along and south of Highway 20. These storms would
most likely contain small hail less than quarter size but isolated
severe thunderstorms with large hail could develop in this area
also.
