THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

EXTREME TO NEAR CRITICAL FIRE DANGER IS LIKELY TODAY ACROSS ALL OF
WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS OF 15 TO
25 MPH...WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH...WILL COMBINE WITH AFTERNOON
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES OF 20 TO 25 PERCENT...PRODUCING EXTREME TO
NEAR CRITICAL FIRE DANGER ACROSS ALL OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA.

LATER THIS AFTERNOON...WITH DAYTIME HEATING...ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP ACROSS THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE AS AN UPPER
LEVEL DISTURBANCE LIFTS EAST OF THE ROCKIES. SOME STORMS MAY BE
STRONG ALONG AND WEST OF A LINE FROM HAYES CENTER TO MERRIMAN.
SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE. TONIGHT...THE THREAT FOR
THUNDERSTORMS WILL SHIFT EAST INTO CENTRAL AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF
THE OUTLOOK AREA. AT THIS TIME...THE THREAT FOR STRONG STORMS INTO
THE OVERNIGHT HOURS IS LOW.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

WEDNESDAY...THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS...GENERALLY EAST OF A LINE FROM NORTH PLATTE TO
AINSWORTH. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS ARE THE MAIN SEVERE
THREATS.

IN ADDITION TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS...EXTREME FIRE DANGER IS
POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON WEST OF HIGHWAY 83 WHERE MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM 20 TO 25 PERCENT...ALONG WITH
WESTERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH.

ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON...NEAR CRITICAL FIRE DANGER IS POSSIBLE OVER ALL OF
WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. WESTERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH
WILL COMBINE WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES OF 15 TO 20 PERCENT.
