This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

Thunderstorms are possible tonight, mainly along and south of
Interstate 80. Some storms may be capable of locally heavy
rainfall which could cause minor urban and small stream flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

Thunderstorms to continue Monday into Monday night. The risk of
organized severe thunderstorms is low but isolated briefly severe
storms may develop. The hazard is large hail, locally heavy
rainfall and wind damage.

A front will become the focus for thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon
and evening. Some storms could become marginally severe, mainly
north of Interstate 80. Winds aloft will increase and become
strong across Northern Nebraska Tuesday through Saturday. The area
of concern is generally along and north of highway 2 where storms
could become severe and produce large hail, locally heavy rainfall
and wind damage. Elsewhere the risk of severe weather is low.

Some areas have yet to receive soaking rainfall Since late May.
Thunderstorms in these areas will be capable of sparking grass
fires.
