This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

Snow is expected to develop across northwest Nebraska this evening
and continue through the night. Patchy freezing drizzle is
possible late tonight across southwest Nebraska.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Snow, along with blowing and drifting snow, is expected Sunday
through Monday morning as a strong winter storm system moves
through the central Plains. A winter storm warning is in effect
across all of western and north central Nebraska through Monday
morning. Snow accumulations of 5 to 11 inches are expected. The
heaviest amounts will occur along and east of a line from
Ainsworth to North platte. Travel may become quite difficult by
Sunday night due to reduced visibility and snow packed roads.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
