This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

Snow is expected to develop across northwest Nebraska this
evening then spread east and south overnight into Sunday. Patchy
freezing drizzle is possible over southwest Nebraska after
midnight.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Snow, along with blowing and drifting snow, is expected Sunday
through Monday morning as a strong winter storm system moves
through the Central Plains. Winter Storm Warning are in effect to
review the latest statements for hazards and impacts through
Monday. Storm total snow accumulations of 5 to 12 inches are
forecast. The heaviest amounts will occur along and east of a
line from Ainsworth to North platte. Travel may become quite
difficult Sunday due to reduced visibility and snow packed roads.
