* WHAT...South winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...White Pine County, Southern Lander County and Southern
  Eureka County, Northwestern Nye County and Northeastern Nye
  County.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
  cause power outages. Travel could be difficult especially for
  high profile vehicles. Blowing dust may reduce visibility to one
  mile or less.
