Fire Weather Forecast for southern Oregon and northern California
National Weather Service Medford, OR
437 AM PDT Thu May 2 2024

.DISCUSSION...A frontal system will bring intermittent rain and
mountain snow to the area today before showers taper off this
evening. Temperatures will trend slightly higher on Friday. The
next, more significant, front will move in with chances for
widespread wetting rainfall (even for areas east of the Cascades)
later Friday into Saturday, followed by a cool, showery weather
pattern the remainder of the weekend. There is also a slight
chance of thunderstorms Saturday afternoon for inland areas.
Another front arrives on Monday bringing additional chances for
precipitation.
